Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Wilson Technology, a FusionTech Industries LLC company (“Wilson Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.
By using this website you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you contact us via email or through a contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any message content you submit.
Information collected automatically
This website is a set of static files. We do not operate an application server, and we run no analytics product of our own — there is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no advertising pixel on any page.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives and logs the technical information your browser sends with each request — your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the referring URL, the page requested, and the date and time — in order to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse.
Contact forms and the ROI calculator (Web3Forms)
The contact form and the ROI calculator’s request form are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service operated by Web3Creative. Because this site is static and has no server of its own, your browser sends the completed form directlyto Web3Forms’ API, which emails it to us. Web3Forms therefore receives the contents of the form together with the IP address and browser user-agent your browser presents when it makes that request.
Depending on which form you use, the submission contains:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company name, and your message. If you are requesting a consultation, also the platforms you list and the availability you give.
- ROI calculator: your name, email address and company name, plus the scenario you built in the calculator — the platform and data-flow counts you selected, the processes you ticked, your stated current spend, the resulting estimates, and the assumptions those estimates were calculated with. If you fill in the optional detail fields, your description of your current stack, your pain points and your goals are included too.
Nothing else about your visit is attached to a submission. The calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere unless you choose to submit the form at the end of it.
Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf. According to its published policy it is operated from India and stores submissions using Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner as infrastructure providers, which means a submission may be processed outside your own country. Its processing is governed by the Web3Forms Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
If you would rather not use a third-party form at all, email us directly at contact@wilsontechnology.com — that reaches the same inbox without passing through Web3Forms.
Live chat (Zoho Sales IQ)
This website uses Zoho Sales IQ, a live chat and visitor-tracking service provided by Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (“Zoho”). The widget is not loaded when a page first opens. It is fetched only after you first interact with the page — a click, a key press, a tap or a scroll. Until that happens no request is made to Zoho, and Zoho sets nothing in your browser. Once it does load, it may collect:
- Your IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, version, and operating system
- Pages visited on this site, time spent, and navigation path
- Referring website or search query that brought you to the site
- Any information you voluntarily enter into the chat widget (name, email, message content)
- Chat transcript and session metadata
Zoho Sales IQ sets cookies and uses local storage in your browser to identify returning visitors, maintain chat sessions, and generate analytics. These are first- and third-party cookies operated by Zoho Corporation.
Zoho Corporation acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their processing is governed by the Zoho Privacy Policy, and by the data processing terms Zoho publishes for its customers. Zoho Corporation is headquartered outside the EEA and the UK, so chat data may be processed outside your own country.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide consulting or development services
- To prepare the tailored implementation estimate you asked for when you submit the ROI calculator
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve its content
- To operate the live chat support experience via Zoho Sales IQ
- To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising through third-party ad networks.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This site uses the following categories of cookies:
Essential / Functional
Required for the site to operate. Includes session management cookies set by the web server and Zoho Sales IQ session cookies necessary to maintain chat continuity.
Analytics / Performance
Zoho Sales IQ sets analytics cookies to track visitor journeys across pages, session duration, and engagement with the chat widget. This data is used to improve our support responsiveness and site content.
We set no cookies of our own. Every cookie described above is set by Zoho Sales IQ, and none of them exists until the widget loads.
There is no cookie consent banner on this site, and we want to be straightforward about what that means. The widget is deliberately not loaded on page open, so if you read a page without clicking, typing, tapping or scrolling, nothing is set in your browser by anyone. But scrolling is enough to load it, and scrolling is not the same thing as agreeing to analytics cookies. If you are in a jurisdiction whose rules require your prior consent for non-essential cookies, you should treat this site as not yet asking for it.
In the meantime, you can disable cookies in your browser settings, or block zohopublic.com and zohostatic.com, and the rest of the site will work normally — only live chat stops working. You can also close the chat widget at any time; doing so suppresses further chat interactions for your session.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, including:
| Provider | Purpose | Data Transferred |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho Corporation | Live chat & visitor analytics (Zoho Sales IQ), loaded only after your first interaction with a page | IP address, browser info, pages visited, chat content |
| Web3Creative (Web3Forms) | Delivery of the contact form and the ROI calculator’s request form to our inbox | Everything you type into the form, plus the IP address and user-agent of the browser that submits it |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare Pages) | Request metadata: IP address, browser info, page requested, timestamp |
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions and email correspondence reach us as email and are retained in our inbox for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or as required by applicable law. Web3Forms also retains a copy of each submission on its own systems; its published policy states that submissions are deleted automatically three years after they are made. Chat transcripts collected through Zoho Sales IQ are retained in accordance with Zoho’s data retention policies.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@wilsontechnology.com. We will respond within 30 days.
For data processed by Zoho on our behalf, we will coordinate with Zoho to fulfill requests that require action at the processor level.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
